We’re Hiring: Junior Accounting Staff (Remote – Vietnam Based | Full-time)

About the Role
This is a full-time remote position, working from Vietnam to support Australian clients with bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and tax compliance tasks. This role offers international exposure, hands-on experience with Australian accounting standards, and long-term career development in a professional environment.
Working hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and coding expenses
- Support BAS/GST preparation and financial reporting
- Help with tax compliance tasks (FBT, payroll tax, superannuation) under supervision
- Collaborate with senior accountants and respond to client queries
- Proactively learn and apply Australian accounting standards
Qualifications
- Based in Vietnam
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years’ accounting experience preferred
- Good English communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Team player with a proactive attitude
